About us

Tax law is becoming increasingly complex and complicated and thus requires comprehensive and competent service. Franz + Partner Steuerberatungsgesellschaft, located in Hannover, can look back on more than 35 years of tax consulting experience. Since 1981, we have worked for private clients as well as clients from small- to medium-size enterprises from various business branches.

Starting in 2004, we have expanded our services to accommodate the needs of our clients. In our newly founded F + P TREUHAND GMBH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, we offer the complete spectrum of support for audits.

The office in Hannover was originally founded by Ulrich Franz. Today, eleven tax consultants and one auditor offer you their specific know-how and experience in various areas. Franz + Partner Steuerberatungsgesellschaft is operated in the legal form as a partnership. This is a legal union of professionals.

The Partners in Hannover are supported by about 90 motivated specialists. These include tax consultants, tax representatives, qualified personnel as well as tax consultants’ assistants. Steuerfachassistent/fachangestellte. Naturally, our staff takes part in continuous further education and advanced training to meet the current needs of our clients. The long existence of our office has encouraged us in this approach.

We have developed optimal conditions for our client support. We put special focus on using the most modern computer and communication technology. A comprehensive coordination of the computer technology to meet the needs of our clients is ensured by close cooperation with IT-specialists.
