Guidelines
To ensure your satisfaction we have developed the following guidelines:
- Your concerns, instructions, and assignments are handled promptly.
- Your questions and queries are handled immediately.
- Telephone calls are answered immediately or you will receive a return call at a prearranged time.
- Your wage accounting is done on the same day of commission or the next. In any case it is done within the period stipulated.
- Your financial accounting is completed within a week.
- Tax returns and annual accounts are ready within 4 weeks of being commissioned.
- Our clients are continuously and comprehensively informed of relevant general as well as specific news and changes. This is achieved by seminars, advice by mail or telephone, short expert reports, and newsletters.
- An important aspect of our client satisfaction is the high quality control of our services. All work is critically reviewed by at least two colleagues.
- We achieve this, because we carefully select our staff, colleagues, and partners. Our greatest resource is a competent staff that prepares targeted and individual solutions. Therefore, education and further training of all our employees is our highest priority.
- Our staff members enjoy their work. This is reflected by the many employees that have been with our company for many years. We know that an intact family setting is one important condition. To ensure the compatibility of work and family, we have undergone a work and family audit. We were awarded the corresponding certificate. Thus, our employees know that we will stand by them in all situations.
